United States Vets Inc. hosted the first Veterans’ Compatriot Program meeting on November 10th, at Grace Lutheran Church in Toledo. Mr. John Tantanella, Toledo visionary and veteran advocate, was the first of many the speakers planned for the upcoming season.
Mr. Tantanella has been actively involved in community-minded veteran services in the Toledo area. His organization, Christians Serving Vets, www.CSVintheUSA.com and involvement in outreach programs has captured his interest for future expansion of veteran resource centers in the area. Mr. Tantanella shared with the audience his fine resume of involvement with many veterans’ organizations and centers reaching out to them not only with a sense of hope but also that of encouragement.
