Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO)
Legal Aid of Western Ohio’s (LAWO) Veterans Project provides free legal representation to income eligible Veterans and their families for noncriminal legal issues including housing, public benefits, home-ownership preservation, domestic relations, expungements, consumer rights, and bankruptcy. We can assist those who live within our 32-county services including: Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Crawford, Darke, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Greene, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Logan, Lucas, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Ottawa, Paulding, Preble, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Shelby, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot.
